Hey everyone! Today I'd like to share a new set that I created inspired by Sage Spence from Gossip Girl. I *finally* finished the last season of the series ( yes I'm way behind but I can't stand when my favorite shows end. When they do I kind of go into "strike mode" where I stop watching it before the last season...its a whole thing lol).
During the last season of Gossip Girl, I was heavily inspired by Sage's style. While Blair was the queen of headbands, I'd like to refer to Sage as the queen of fedoras and definitely wanted to incorporate that in my set. Her style appeared to be very feminine with a touch of bohemian flair including textures of floral, lace and knitted accents in her outfits which is the reason for me choosing a youthful lace dress for the base of my set. For accessories, Sage always appeared to include long layers of necklaces and earrings so I included a double layer necklace to add on to the outfit. Although I did not include any crocheted or knitted texture in my set, make note that a cute knitted boyfriend cardigan would go great with this outfit for a more casual, brunch-y feel.
I know polyvore has been down for a while but I found a website that's very similar called TrendMe! I hope you enjoyed this set! I know it's been a while since I've written anything and Im sorry but I've missed you all SO SO much! I've had a few hold ups with people stealing the name of this blog.
